Why BDIX peering matters here
Plenty of networks have a server in Bangladesh. The question that matters for a BD audience is whether it sits on BDIX, because that is what decides how the traffic is carried.
On transit
A node reached over international transit still serves your visitor, but the bytes are ordinary metered traffic to their ISP. Nothing about the delivery path is local to Bangladesh beyond the server’s address.
On BDIX
Our Dhaka nodes are peered on BDIX, the national exchange. Local traffic reaches them directly over that exchange, measured at 0.6 ms from a Dhaka network, which is the same reason our BDIX hosting line exists and why BD-facing sites choose it.
If your audience is outside Bangladesh, our US nodes in Newark and Dallas serve them, and everything else on this page applies equally.

TLS at the edge
The visitor’s connection terminates on the nearest node. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically, there is nothing to install or remember.

WAF and rate limit
Every request passes the ModSecurity + OWASP Core Rule Set and our own signature rules before anything reaches your server. Verified search-engine bots are allow-listed so ranking is never the price of protection.

Cache lookup
A hit is served straight from the node, your origin never sees the request. Static assets and full pages are both cacheable, with per-path rules on Business and above.

Origin fetch
On a miss the edge fetches once, compresses with Brotli or gzip, and stores the result for the next visitor.

Always Online
If your origin stops answering, cached URLs keep serving and the homepage falls back to its last known-good snapshot for up to 12 hours. Visitors see your site, not an error page.

Questions worth asking
How does this compare to a global CDN?
Honestly: the large global networks are excellent and some of them do have a presence in Bangladesh, so we are not going to claim they route your visitors through Singapore. Two things are genuinely different here. First, our Dhaka nodes are peered on BDIX, measured at 0.6 ms from a Dhaka network, which is the delivery path BD-facing sites specifically want. Second, this is a managed service: the WAF, SSL, DDoS mitigation and Always Online are included rather than sold as separate tiers, and when something needs tuning you talk to the engineer who runs the edge.
What can I cache?
Static assets always, and full HTML pages too. One caveat worth knowing up front: a response that sets a cookie is never stored, because caching a logged-in page and serving it to someone else would be a security bug. That is why a WordPress or Laravel homepage that starts a session is not cached by default, and it is exactly the page Always Online covers with its snapshot.
What is Always Online?
A safety net for when your server goes down. Cached URLs continue to serve, and your homepage falls back to a snapshot taken every ten minutes, for up to 12 hours. Anything with no copy returns an honest branded notice with a Retry-After header rather than a broken 502. Your site keeps looking alive while you fix the origin.
Do I have to move my hosting to TOSHOST?
No. The edge sits in front of whatever you already run, a VPS here, a dedicated server elsewhere, or a platform you do not control. You point your DNS at us and set your origin. Hosting with us is not a requirement.
How do I purge the cache?
From the panel, instantly, per URL or for the whole hostname. Deploys that change assets do not need you to wait for a TTL to expire.
Is SSL included?
Yes. Certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically for every hostname on the edge, at no extra cost.
Does the WAF break my site or hurt SEO?
It should not, and we tune it if it does. Verified Googlebot, Bingbot and the major AI crawlers are allow-listed by identity, so protection never costs you indexing. If a rule catches something legitimate, we add a per-domain exclusion rather than telling you to turn security off.
